Fox888 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fox888 ("fox888", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us") with respect to your use of the fox888 website accessible at fox888.cam and any related services, tools, applications and content made available through the Platform.

Fox888 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform operating in the English language and targeting adult users in Malaysia. The Platform offers access to live casino entertainment, slot games, sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and esports), and related gaming content, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By registering a fox888 account, completing a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the fox888 Platform and must not register or maintain an account.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the fox888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a player's fox888 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits or pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive made available to a player under fox888's current promotions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a player's nominated Malaysian payment method to the player's fox888 Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process applied to player accounts before withdrawal approval or as required by fox888.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, in which fox888 accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the fox888 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all features and services available through those channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering turnover a player must complete before a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a player to transfer eligible funds from the fox888 Account Balance to a nominated Malaysian bank account, e-wallet or other approved payment method.

To be eligible to open and maintain a fox888 Account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
4. You have not been self-excluded or otherwise barred from online gambling services by any platform, regulator or self-exclusion programme.
5. You are not a fox888 employee, director, contractor, affiliate, associate, or a close family member of any such person.
6. You accept that fox888 may request documentation to verify the above eligibility conditions at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill issued to a Malaysian address.

Fox888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend account access, or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the fox888 Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information for all mandatory fields. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian contact number and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fox888 Account credentials, including your username and password. Fox888 will not be liable for any loss, unauthorised transaction or account compromise arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify fox888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All fox888 Account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported Malaysian deposit channels currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Availability of specific channels may vary at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits are displayed in your fox888 Account wallet at the time of deposit and may change without prior notice.
• Fox888 does not charge a deposit fee, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which fox888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by channel — e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant, while FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes during business hours.
• Fox888 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified against the account holder's identity or that originates from a prohibited source.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of account status, completion of applicable wagering requirements, KYC approval and compliance with the conditions set out in this Agreement.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the fox888 Account holder.
• Eligible e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on bank processing schedules, weekends or public holidays in Malaysia.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed within your Account wallet and may be updated without prior notice.
• Fox888 may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or where transaction history warrants further review.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Real-money deposits not linked to an active bonus are generally withdrawable subject to completed KYC.

Fox888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general conditions below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Maximum stake during bonus play: Where a maximum stake restriction applies during active bonus wagering, exceeding that limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering. Slot games typically contribute at the highest rate; live casino and sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated expiry window will be cancelled automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time. Combining bonus offers is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.
• Abuse: Fox888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering patterns or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

Fox888 further reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised bonus terms.

Each game category available on the fox888 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing any wager.

General gaming conditions applicable to all fox888 products include the following:

• Bets placed on fox888 are final once confirmed. Technical errors that cause a game round to be interrupted may result in a void round and stake refund at fox888's sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute about a game result, the outcome recorded by the game server shall be definitive. Client-side display errors do not constitute grounds for a successful dispute.
• Fox888 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, miscalculated pay tables or incorrectly published promotions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fox888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or Account credentials.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of fraud or money laundering.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the fox888 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access or coordinate betting patterns.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, miscalculated odds or erroneous promotions — whether or not such errors are reported to fox888.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering or any systematic strategy designed primarily to circumvent bonus terms or extract risk-free profit from fox888 promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing fox888 support staff or other platform users.

Where fox888 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold or void winnings, reverse bonuses, close the Account and recover any funds already withdrawn that relate to the prohibited activity.

All content on the fox888 Platform — including but not limited to the fox888 name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, game interfaces, software, databases and compilation of information — is the intellectual property of fox888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Fox888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any fox888 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any fox888 software or technology.
• Use fox888 branding, trademarks or proprietary content for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, cache or frame any portion of the fox888 website without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fox888 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fox888 Platform.

Fox888 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from interruption. Planned maintenance, emergency outages, third-party technical failures or internet connectivity issues outside fox888's control may cause temporary service disruption, for which fox888 accepts no liability.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits fox888's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation or exclusion of liability would be unlawful under applicable Malaysian law.

Termination by the player: You may request permanent closure of your fox888 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 support. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC and wagering requirement conditions.

Termination by fox888: Fox888 may suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• We are unable to verify your identity, age or payment method ownership.
• Your account activity is flagged as potentially fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise suspicious.
• You are found to have registered as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• A valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request is received covering your Account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or order from a competent authority.

In cases of closure due to breach of this Agreement, fox888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits and associated winnings within the Account.

Fox888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fox888 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the fox888 Platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to a revised version of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Players acknowledge that gambling regulations in Malaysia are subject to ongoing legislative development and it is each player's sole responsibility to satisfy themselves that accessing the fox888 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Fox888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access or use in any jurisdiction other than those for which it operates. Any player who chooses to access fox888 from outside a permitted territory does so at their own risk and on their own initiative.
